My name is Marie. I’ve been involved in the arts for nine years, two and a half of which as a tattoo artist.
My style is open-ended: organic, illustrative, ornamental – always taking the individual body as my starting point, whilst drawing inspiration from contemporary art and pop culture.

My artistic language
I’m interested in how graphic structures can be translated onto the skin. Outside of tattooing, I’m a graphic designer, painter, mum and generally someone who tackles things head-on and then sees where they lead.
There’s one thing I’d like to address openly: I have a congenital deformity in my right hand. I’ve noticed that many people don’t know how to react to it at first, so let me say this up front: it doesn’t limit me in my work, and you’re welcome to ask me any questions you have about it.
